Terms of Use

Last updated 3 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the holihab.com website. They are not a contract for clinical services — care is provided under a separate written service agreement issued before treatment begins.

Who we are

This website is operated by Holistic Neuro-Rehabilitation Services Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15595719), trading as HoliHab, with its registered office at 9 Courtside, Dartmouth Road, London, SE26 4RE. You can reach us on 07950 445853 or at t.mutasa@holihab.com.

Regulated clinical care

Rehabilitation is led and supervised by Tino Mutasa, a physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC registration number PH134357). HCPC registration can be verified independently on the HCPC register. All clinicians engaged by HoliHab hold current HCPC registration and professional indemnity cover.

This website is not medical advice

Everything on this site is general information about our services. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment. Do not delay seeking or disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read here.

We are not an emergency service. If you or someone you care for shows sudden stroke symptoms, chest pain, severe breathlessness, loss of consciousness or any other acute symptoms, call 999 immediately.

No guarantee of recovery

We do not promise, guarantee or predict any particular clinical outcome. Neurological recovery varies between individuals for reasons outside anyone's control. What we commit to is structured, evidence-informed rehabilitation, honest assessment, and a clear plan you and your family can follow. Any figures, timescales or case examples shown on this site describe past work and are not a representation of the results you should expect.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change its content at any time. Where we link to third-party sites, we are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The Holi7 method, the HoliHab name and logo, and the text, design and images on this site are owned by Holistic Neuro-Rehabilitation Services Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own or your family's personal use. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.

Concerns and complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, contact us first at t.mutasa@holihab.com and we will acknowledge your concern and explain how we will look into it. Concerns about the conduct or competence of a registered physiotherapist can also be raised directly with the HCPC.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under English law, and nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
