Whether you're ready to book or just want honest guidance about the right next step, we'd love to hear from you. There's no obligation — only a conversation.
Fill in a few details and we'll be in touch quickly — usually within the hour during working times.
In a medical emergency — sudden stroke symptoms, chest pain, severe breathlessness or loss of consciousness — call 999 immediately. HoliHab is not an emergency service.
Call, text or use the form. We respond quickly and warmly — no pressure, no jargon.

A full clinical assessment in your home, with a written plan and an honest recommendation.
Onboarding, your team, your schedule — and a clear pathway you and your family can follow.

Through our current founders' offer, the initial assessment and a starter recovery plan are included at no cost, and the plan is yours to keep even if you choose not to continue. Places are limited.

We discuss financial sustainability openly and never recommend a programme likely to cause serious strain. There are lower-intensity and self-management options, and we'll always be honest about what's right for you.
