Every patient is recommended the programme that gives the best realistic chance of reaching their goals — clinically led, ethically grounded, and financially sustainable. Never simply the one that's easiest to sell.
Structured weekly expert support with guided self-management.
Higher-frequency rehab with habit formation and family training.
High-intensity, integrated daily rehabilitation and support.
Two additional sessions per week, for short-term intensity increases, plateau breakthroughs, post-discharge momentum, confidence dips or accelerating a specific goal.
We discuss financial sustainability openly and honestly. If a programme is likely to cause serious strain, we'll recommend a lower-intensity option or self-management pathway instead — that's a promise.
A side-by-side look at what each recovery tier includes.
The Immersion Recovery Programme is capacity controlled — we accept only as many patients as our team can safely and sustainably support.
Before any programme begins, we carry out a thorough home assessment lasting 60–90 minutes. It includes a full clinical assessment, a formulation, a written rehabilitation plan, a programme recommendation — and a free independent management programme you keep regardless of what you decide next.
The patient attends alongside a family member, advocate or carer wherever possible. Family involvement is strongly encouraged, because neurorehabilitation is often only effective when the whole support system understands the plan.
We ask for genuine commitment — because recovery needs consistency — but we build in regular opportunities to step back.
A recommended 12-week commitment gives the plan time to work, with structured reviews along the way.
You're never locked in indefinitely. There's a clear opt-out point every four weeks.
We track progress honestly. If a programme isn't right, we'll adjust it or recommend something else.
The free initial assessment exists exactly for this. We'll give you an honest, clinically-led recommendation — no pressure.
